ScaScan Restaurant
ScaScan Restaurant is a workspace for restaurant owners and their staff.
Owner responsibilities
Owners are responsible for the content they publish, including menu items, prices, and any images. Owners are responsible for the staff they invite and the access they grant.
Billing
Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Cancel any active subscription before deleting your account, or it will continue to renew.
Account deletion
Deleting the workspace owner's account unpublishes their restaurants, removes all staff access to those restaurants, and cancels any active subscription. This cannot be undone.
Acceptance of Terms
By using scascan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of Service
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use scascan for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our service or its contents, or any derivative use of our service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use scascan to:
- Create content for illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive purposes
- Generate codes or links to malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Use automated systems to access the service in an abusive manner
Tool Usage & Generated Content
Our service allows you to generate QR codes, edit images, and process various types of content. You are solely responsible for the content you input or generate, and for ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Generated content is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee its functionality, accuracy, or reliability. While we strive to ensure high-quality outputs, you should test all generated assets before using them in production or commercial settings.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid Plans
Scascan offers paid subscription plans (Scascan Pro and Scascan Ultra) billed monthly or annually, as well as one-time AI credit packs. Subscription plans grant access to premium features, AI credits, and additional hosting capacity. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle Customer Portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Credit Purchases
One-time AI credit packs are delivered immediately upon purchase and do not expire. Credits are consumed when using server-side AI features. Refunds for credit purchases are described in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Scascan website, including its design, content, features, and functionality, is owned by RAYNETIC SOLUTIONS PTY LTD and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The assets you generate using our service are yours to use, but you may not claim ownership of the Scascan service or its underlying technology.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
scascan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAYNETIC SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, the operator of Scascan, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by scascan. We also display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, services, or advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that scascan shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.

Scascan is a service operated by RAYNETIC SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, a Brisbane-based digital solutions company. RAYNETIC SOLUTIONS PTY LTD develops and operates Scascan, including its web tools, mobile apps, AI features, and billing infrastructure.

Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which scascan operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes & Severability
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
