Delete your ScaScan account

You can delete your ScaScan account from the app or from the web workspace.

In the app: open Settings and tap Delete account.

On the web: open scascan.com/account and click Delete account.

Deletion cancels any active subscription, unpublishes your restaurants, removes you from any restaurant you joined as staff, and signs you out.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@scascan.com and we will complete the deletion within 7 days.

Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax requirements.
